I love this video! I stole it from rockstar diaries I'm addicted to her blog. I hope your weekend is FABULOUS! I will be lounging far to much and eating endless amounts of delicious foods and watching General Conference (my all time FAVORITE thing to watch) 

The other day was just one of those days where things happen to just not go right. and it was that very day that my wonderful boyfriend sent me this video ahhhhh he really is the best and knows just want to do it seems. 

'man trip' part II

In Driggs we watched lots of netflix at night in Liz's awesome basement. Her mom put bowling alley carpet and a black light soooooo its crazy ahahah it made me laugh totally not something i would do BUT it was fun to have dance parties but for the most part we just watched movies on there giant t.v. Saturday morning after a wonderful breakfast we headed up to Mesa Falls which are really pretty water falls...the drive was kinda crazy and made austin sick since it was so windy or something but everyone else was fine. which is surprising since andrew was like this the whole time....................

he can never sit normally and he hates wearing a seat belt and i hate that he hates it so i make him anyways usually ahahaha. 

The falls were seriously breath taking! there was a rock wall that had moss growing up it and i totally wanted all of it! and the water fall made a rainbow it was my favorite i took just about a million pictures ahahaha. 

the day mostly consisted of silly faces and couple pictures ahaha her mom was all into the couple pictures. but mostly silly faces from this couple i cant get andrew to take a normal picture...i have to tell him a joke which never works. 

i thought i should include the other couple in a post at least once

the whole group minus me...and yes i totally was a creep by taking this picture ahaha

it was such a fun weekend and im ready to go back...well kinda im thinking we'll just wait until he has his break ahaha. 

'man trip' part I

My weekend was a BLAST!!!!! I went on a what we referred to as our "man trip" because we were going to see our men ahahaha. 9 hour road trips with Liz are so much fun we talked and talked and seriously talked non stop about the most awesome random things. and we really got to know each other and became really good friends. first day we got in late and we went to sleep pretty much right after we walked in the front door ahaha. then friday i woke up crazy early (because im a robot and programmed as andrew says) and waited for everyone to get up and ready. after a delicious breakfast of crepes we headed over to campus (after i had to push start liz's car.....it sometimes doesn't like to start made the trip so much more fun ahaha) where we met austin and then waited for andrew to get out of class. then we ate a delicious mexican lunch and then headed to the tiny campus to get a tour and hang out while austin went to lab. then when he was out of lab we split up with out mans so they could go pack....but mine had a far better idea of getting snow cones that were giant and delicious........it was so tasty. but because of this he had to rush pack and he forgot so many things ahahah like his church clothes that was my favorite. 

we left for Driggs Id where we played 5 games of madlibs and listened to andrew tell them in his pirate voice which is hilarious!

before i die.....

I want to have a gerbil OR hamster unsure which exactly. i love their fat little faces and their tiny feet and hands are just precious. i would feed it strawberries everyday especially if it was this dang cute when it ate them.

im going to try something new here...so stay with me folks. im going to call it "before i die" where every tuesday i  write about something i want to see/ want to do/ want before i die. just a fun little way to get to know me even more!

i love experiencing new things and finding out what i can do and what i can't (as for nerves---no law testing for this girl) that being said i would LOVE to go to this underwater hotel---- i would think of myself as Ariel living under the sea....and honestly what is better than that? (nothing) 

This suite at the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa Rangali Island was once a restaurant, but now has been converted "to a private bedroom suite for two, complete with private champagne dinner and breakfast in bed.

                  Before i die i will stay at the Hilton Maldives Resort and Spa Rangali Island...its happening

Fair Time!!!!

its that time of year again when all the creepy men come to town that look like they have smoked thousands of ciggies and their skin is wrinkly tan leather......or i guess you could just say its fair time that works too. it was a chilly day but still a lot of fun to walk around and look at things and people (yes people watching is prime at fairs.) a lot of the exhibits were a lot smaller this year not exactly sure why minus the flowers i get that it wasn't a good growing year. but it was still lots and lots of fun my favorite was definitely the giant elephant ear that will take me days to work off;)

there was a lot more rides this year since there was more space

i love watching the little kids dance away to the bands its way too cute

they had some square dancing going on when we first got there

there is always tons of unhealthy food to engulf

this cute old man was doing "magic" tricks---mostly lots of talking but still fun to watch

random stuff didn't really know what it all was

food growing area i love seeing the little kids that grow things super proud of their plants

pictures---some were pretty good others were atrocious 

It was such a fun day going to the fair i had a blast!

there is nothing better than waking up to go hiking. its such a good start to any day i love being up in nature and being able to just think and, enjoy your company. it was a crisp morning and even though i was slightly cold i love the feeling of the crisp air on my face its super refreshing!

matthew is such a good sport to go hiking with me at wee hours of the morning

i thought this was a bear when i first saw it so naturally i had to get a picture ahah

it was such a beautiful hike green and perfect

there were granite slabs just randomly on the trail it looked kinda funny but good for picture taking

it did however have some pretty steep hills

this tree had seen better days  it had a giant hole in the middle of it....unsure if it was done by an animal or a human

Lake part II

Like i said before i took a TON of pictures but it was needed! I love the lake and the company was pretty amazing as well so it definitely needed to be documented;)

I absolutely love Matthews grandma I hope i'm just as hilarious as she is when i'm older. 

yes that is a helicopter---this house was RIDICULOUSLY big but it was gorgeous as well. i really wanted to see the inside.

one last sail around the lake before he hauled it away for the winter. 

it was pretty sad closing up for the winter:( i'm not ready for it to be over i love the summer time where everything seems to be so care free and i dont have to worry about anything but getting to my many jobs on time...ahhh summer you will forever have my heart.

My weekend went far to fast! It was a lot of fun mixed in with awkward moments but hey we have to have those right? I apologize for the picture overload i definitely took enough pictures to last a lifetime BUT i am trying this new thing where i just take ridiculous amounts of pictures so i have all that i want and that i don't regret not taking more.

I have been determined to catch a fish which doesnt seem to happen ever---but i'll maybe keep trying

It was a fun weekend but i was definitely ready to get home to a warm shower and a handsome boyfriend that i could skype with:)
