Spring time----ish;)

This weekend was busy yet enjoyable:) I babysat these crazy girls

and had such a fun crazy time with them...little kids really are the most entertaining people i could definitely hang around them more often ahah. i got home at 1:30 AM then woke up at 6:45AM to go to work......and boy am I exhausted. I came home from work and went to the RENAISSANCE fair with a friend!!!! it was fabulous
this guy was shaping metal into leafs (don't know the technical term ahah)

this fish fountain was really exciting to me...

this was so impressive---a lot of details and time went into it

these flowers impress me every year! so pretty

ok this was my favorite thing from the entire fair---it looked so cool and i wanted it ahah

this castle made my day--- how exciting is this? and what is better then nessie ears (aka HUGE elephant ears) coming from this kind of an area? nothing i say!

so after this wonderful experience with a fabulous friend i headed home.....where one would think i would take a nap---and boy i wish i did BUT my niece and nephew were at my house sooo no time for that! have i ever said i love these two too PIECES? ahh seriously they are just the cutest
C wanted to be in the picture ahha

we also had the Missionaries over for dinner which can't make any day better I love the spirit they bring with them. After they left i went on a walk with my momma i LOVE my momma. She truly is the best! wellll really i  just love my dang family I truly am blessed to have them in my life and love each one dearly!

Its celebration time peeps

I SURVIVED!!!!!! ahh i thought just might die this week. I had two test and a amnesty test----meaning satan wrote it himself (isn't that nice of him?!) boy was it terrible. I had a breakdown at 10:15p.m. last night and cried my little heart out to my teddy bear it was really a bonding moment. But folks i am still alive and kicking....too do it again next week i just have two test this time...isn't that splendid (it really is actually) its really sad im excited for just two test and not three oooh the things college does to a soul.
so now you might ask what productive thing am i doing? my response is ABSOLUTELY nothing!!!!!!! and it feels fabulous my brain is a mush state and so together we are looking at photos..finding our man and girl crushes and eating nilla wafers.
this is so ridiculously dreamy--- i will marry a man that takes me to this place and make him ride up and down for HOURS
mmmm he is sooo beyond sexy
i have a big fat girl crush on olivia wilde---and that is why i stopped watching house when she left

Just one of those days.....

So yesterday was one of those days where everything seems to go wrong......I woke up did my normal run in the morning took a shower and realized I forgot I had a presentation. You know when you realize something and you are almost late to the group and you freak and your brain turns into jello....yeah thats what happened. luckily we were meeting an hour before we presented to run through everything so it all turned out ok. I then went to get gas----and almost cried when i saw the lovely numbers go up and up and up and up and up and up and then i got mad when i got this
yep $50.30 that is like 10 shirts that i could have gotten. my mom always tells me its silly i compare expenses to how many items of clothing i could have gotten but it makes me feel better ahah. i then carried on with my day i only had class at 2 so i came home and did a project that is not done because i had to stop to study for a test....school kinda sucks my fun hobbies away. After class i came home and sat down and my belt broke...literally broke in half i mean it was like $2 at Forever21 but still it made me super mad this belt was my favorite probably why it broke since i wore it a lot. but this belt actually fit me because it was just braided and i could make it my exact size...and now it has died

so i decided it just wasn't my day so i do what i always do when i need to just forget things...i organize my room ahaha man i sound like such a goon. but hey it works right.

Yesterday was one of those days where I needed a boost. A spiritual boost to be exact I had been contemplating things in my life, where I was heading and if the path I was taking was truly the right one. I started to browse around here and then came across this video below. I love that no matter what I ask of my Heavenly Father he always answers my prayers. This video was what I needed to hear I love this simple story of just inviting a friend to come to a meeting, the simpleness of just being there and supporting him through everything. I love that there are men out there that are strong worthy priesthood holders that love the gospel so much they are not afraid to share it with anyone. Just like in conference when Dieter F. Uchtdorf said to not be afraid to share the gospel with others because it is a message of Joy. How true is that statement, it truly is a message of Joy. I know for a fact that all my happiness comes from the fact I am in this gospel I am never alone I know that he loves me and is always there for me no matter what happens in my life. And by following the teachings of the church brings nothing but true happiness to ones life. For this knowledge I am so grateful and blessed.

All my thoughts in one

The school semester is allllllmmmmoooosssttt over! I have mixed feelings possibly because i have a summer class that starts the monday after BUT mostly because the end is the hardest part. i really hate all the test taking and the big projects that happen to be due all in the same week. this semester all but one of my teachers decided they would be nice and not have their finals on finals week but instead two weeks before---yeah i don't find it to be so nice. yes i will be done for the most part earlier then others but i would rather not. other then school my life is pretty lame i tell people i go to school then i work which is sadly true.
this year and mostly this semester i have learned so much about myself mostly the fact that i sure talk a lot because when i dont talk...no one starts the convo like hello awkward. and since i think its awkward im sure thats why i talk unless im not in the mood to be with the person  then it stays silent ahah. i'm starting to wish i was moving away this year mostly for the change of people and scenery but  for reasons i don't know and might not until later in life i still need to be here. hopefully i find more interesting people than i have at the moment i have decided that is the biggest thing i miss about cody he was never sitting down boy did i get exhausted but i loved it i love that we were always doing something new i can't remember doing the same thing more than once. we were stuck in a small town yet we never did the same thing i loved it truly. he also made me do things that i would never have done if i didn't find him so dreamy ahah i was a huge chicken and he was a huge dare devil which  made me in turn go on a rope swing, go through abandoned houses at NIGHT, hike to unknown places, climb on a rock, break into buildings on campus, slide on a roof, jump off a cliff into water, and seriously so much more. its crazy to think it was so long ago that we were inseparable its crazy how much has changed since the last time i saw him. i am excited/nervous to see him again so soon it gives me butterflies thinking about it ahah.  ahhh the boy situation i am in gives me headaches and keeps me up at night which is silly since im getting too old for such things but i have decided i will never fully grow up;)
I have also decided that i love old pictures. i look so young and always had such short hair--which oddly seemed to always look good possibly should go back ahah. anyways i also love the fact i had no worries or serious ones when i was younger the biggest worry i had was what to wear and what to eat---i mean hello easy peezy. if only that were the case still;)

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

Thursday, April 21, 2011

So i was cleaning my room---ahah seems to be a theme lately...no it's not messy i'm just dejunking. anyways so back to story i was cleaning my room and i found a cd full of my San Fransisco vacation with my bestie friend! ahhh i just about died seeing the pictures i can remember it like it was yesterday....
soooo all you curious people out there reading this who don't know this fabulous story i shall enlighten you all;) So it was the summer of 2006 right before school was starting and back then i was doing XC which meant 5 AM practices...i know terrible. So my mom was picking me up from practice and she told me that i was going to lewiston with stephanie and her mom because my mom needed dish soap at costco.....ODD i know but hey i didn't really question it i just went with it. so i was getting ready to go and i remember before i left i looked under the sink for some reason and we had a full bottle of dish soap---which should have made me question my mom but you know it didn't ahah. so they came to pick me up and before we left my mom came running out with a brown paper sack and at this time my mom and Debbie (Stephs mom) were on the girls camp commity and they were giving each other things left and right so we just assumed it was a girls camp something or other and didn't question again. so we were heading down and just having a normal chit chat until we got to Lewiston and were driving around the neighborhoods....and while doing this Debbie was talking about how she wanted to go visit a grave of a friend she use to know that was buried in Lewiston...so steph and i were not thrilled at all to have to go to a grave sight but she couldn't find the "cemetery" so she stopped at the gas station to buy water and ask for directions. and while she was in the gas station steph had been looking through her moms purse and found a envelope with money that said my name on it...we started to get curious but we never guessed what was really happening. so she got back in the car and we were off looking again. I had never been to the lewiston airport so even when we parked i still had no clue all i remember was debbie looking at us and saying "girls we're going to San Fransisco!" i was so shocked i couldn't say anything and what steph said was "but we don't have any clothes" ahah love that girl. Well our parents had packed for us and our bags were in the back of the car and the brown bag was the stuff i had used that morning that i would need there. It was so much fun and i loved that our mom's had surprised us like that.
we did a ton of shopping and walking! that is a lot of what i remember but it was way fun.
our first stop was the disney store!

looking for a dvd (serious business aha)

in our tiny hallways walking to our room

in the old elevator that still worked!

soooo the place we stayed was use to a whore house...so we thought this pose was fitting;)

I remember it being super windy...definitely a frustrating factor about san fran

trying on silly hats---this store had millions of hats

getting a cab--we were legit

at the walk--it was gorgeous

at the bottom

in front of where full house was!

stephanie almost died by getting hit by that truck--we were getting off the subway or whatever thing is next to it and steph just kept walking not realizing it was a street and that we weren't close to the sidewalk ahah

riding the trolley!

hanging out of the trolley

at the stop--i remember the trolley guy making fun of us for getting a picture

at dinner! this was a hilarious night...this guy next to our table was taking pictures of stephs mom and while we talked loudly about him doing it ahah

on the beach by the golden gate bridge

it was a foggy/rainy/ cold day but still beautiful

its not every day you see betty boop on the street---

we did a lot of walking!

this guy was the BEST taxi driver ever ahah he was our very last one as well. he taught us swear words in his native language which i cant remember what it was. and he was cracking jokes the whole way to the airport it was great

ahah ok so i had to save the best picture for last right. so debbie wanted us to have a picture with a hot guy before we left and we were at abercrombie and she found this guy....we had no clue that his shirt had a naked woman on it until we were looking at the picture later on ahah it makes it a thousand times better.

I had a FABULOUS weeekend and im sad that it is practically over:( we did our easter shin dig this weekend with the kiddos and boy did we have a blast. we started off by dying eggs which they enjoyed especially when the stickers came out.

I love Bailey's face in all these pictures she LOVED the eggs and she also is the most giving little girl ever. she is all about giving you toys and just about everything she has UNLESS she is tired then she won't share anything ahah.

while we were dying the eggs my dad was on egg hiding duty...we finished up with the eggs and headed outside where Caiden couldn't get enough of the excitement of finding the eggs it was so funny he got so excited every time he spotted one and poor Bailey couldn't keep up with his finding skills. although she ended up giving him half of her eggs in the end ahah.

I love having a niece and nephew! they seriously are hilarious and a blast to be around. Caiden couldn't get enough of finding the eggs and begged that we hide them again ahah. I love them dearly and am so grateful that i am able to see them as much as we do:)
