So i was cleaning my room---ahah seems to be a theme lately...no it's not messy i'm just dejunking. anyways so back to story i was cleaning my room and i found a cd full of my San Fransisco vacation with my bestie friend! ahhh i just about died seeing the pictures i can remember it like it was yesterday....
soooo all you curious people out there reading this who don't know this fabulous story i shall enlighten you all;) So it was the summer of 2006 right before school was starting and back then i was doing XC which meant 5 AM practices...i know terrible. So my mom was picking me up from practice and she told me that i was going to lewiston with stephanie and her mom because my mom needed dish soap at costco.....ODD i know but hey i didn't really question it i just went with it. so i was getting ready to go and i remember before i left i looked under the sink for some reason and we had a full bottle of dish soap---which should have made me question my mom but you know it didn't ahah. so they came to pick me up and before we left my mom came running out with a brown paper sack and at this time my mom and Debbie (Stephs mom) were on the girls camp commity and they were giving each other things left and right so we just assumed it was a girls camp something or other and didn't question again. so we were heading down and just having a normal chit chat until we got to Lewiston and were driving around the neighborhoods....and while doing this Debbie was talking about how she wanted to go visit a grave of a friend she use to know that was buried in Lewiston...so steph and i were not thrilled at all to have to go to a grave sight but she couldn't find the "cemetery" so she stopped at the gas station to buy water and ask for directions. and while she was in the gas station steph had been looking through her moms purse and found a envelope with money that said my name on it...we started to get curious but we never guessed what was really happening. so she got back in the car and we were off looking again. I had never been to the lewiston airport so even when we parked i still had no clue all i remember was debbie looking at us and saying "girls we're going to San Fransisco!" i was so shocked i couldn't say anything and what steph said was "but we don't have any clothes" ahah love that girl. Well our parents had packed for us and our bags were in the back of the car and the brown bag was the stuff i had used that morning that i would need there. It was so much fun and i loved that our mom's had surprised us like that.
we did a ton of shopping and walking! that is a lot of what i remember but it was way fun.
our first stop was the disney store!

looking for a dvd (serious business aha)

in our tiny hallways walking to our room

in the old elevator that still worked!

soooo the place we stayed was use to a whore house...so we thought this pose was fitting;)

I remember it being super windy...definitely a frustrating factor about san fran

trying on silly hats---this store had millions of hats

getting a cab--we were legit

at the walk--it was gorgeous

at the bottom

in front of where full house was!

stephanie almost died by getting hit by that truck--we were getting off the subway or whatever thing is next to it and steph just kept walking not realizing it was a street and that we weren't close to the sidewalk ahah

riding the trolley!

hanging out of the trolley

at the stop--i remember the trolley guy making fun of us for getting a picture

at dinner! this was a hilarious night...this guy next to our table was taking pictures of stephs mom and while we talked loudly about him doing it ahah

on the beach by the golden gate bridge

it was a foggy/rainy/ cold day but still beautiful

its not every day you see betty boop on the street---

we did a lot of walking!

this guy was the BEST taxi driver ever ahah he was our very last one as well. he taught us swear words in his native language which i cant remember what it was. and he was cracking jokes the whole way to the airport it was great

ahah ok so i had to save the best picture for last right. so debbie wanted us to have a picture with a hot guy before we left and we were at abercrombie and she found this guy....we had no clue that his shirt had a naked woman on it until we were looking at the picture later on ahah it makes it a thousand times better.
